Before B2B system established, our dealers had to ask information of price and stock with telephone.Thanks to B2B, our dealers can check at the stock situation, price and other product features and pictures simultaneously on their own screen and provide much more elaborated information to their customers in a short time. In this way, they prevent wrong and incomplete information.

2. What are your favourite features of B2B Store?

The most important thing is the integration and it gains to much time and also blocks the error of human. On the other side, the pending orders feature is a section that our dealers use caressively.

3. What are the alterations regarding your operational processes?

The system speeds up the process substantially.

4. What is the effect of your telephone traffic?

Our dealers send standart orders from B2B. They call us just for special cases (bulk quantity, special price request). In this way, we have more time to spend on private sales.

5. Do you think that the system increased your sales?

We believe that it fixed our lost sales which caused by wrong information or incomplete data.

6. What are the effects on sales and marketing?

The sales and marketing team do not waste their time anymore to share updated stocks, prices with dealers. They focused on sales and payment and they just visit the dealers with this mentality.
7. What do you think about the online payment system of B2B Store?
This is a vital action for our company. Also this is a perfect system for our dealers who are tired of mail order form, signing and confirming. Also 3D secure clears off the security problems and the feeling of doubt. Apart from this, the field force can collect payments by the online payment system.
8. What are your thoughts about support team?
They serve a support service with whatsapp, mail and telephone, independtly from the working hours including vacation days.
